I believe that Personal Training is a process through which a person gains the physical skills and knowledge necessary to safely and efficiently achieve the benefits of regular exercise and reach their goals.

Cost

1 PERSON  - Initial consultation/program design and first weight room appointment  $75.00

                 -  Follow up appointments at weight room  $60.00

2-3 PEOPLE - (with similar programs)  $60 each

                   -  Follow up appointments at weight room  $45 each
