Off to work in the morning? Jump start your morning with a 6 a.m. BreakOut Bootcamp!
Want to sleep in a bit, have your morning coffee get the kids off to school and then head out for some exercise. The 10 a.m. Bootcamp will fit your style.
Evening
Not a morning person? 6 a.m. just isn’t early enough? Work off dinner or the stress of the day with our EVENING bootcamp at 6:30PM.
With your busy schedules can you not make all the days and times shown? Have no fear, let me help you out. Darn, you thought you had an excuse there didn’t you?
At BreakOut Boot Camp you can mix and match the days and times to suit YOUR schedule. Although for maximum benefit you really should do 3 classes a week, if you can only fit in 2 or even 1 class, we can accommodate you at a reduced price. No more excuses, call Carol to sign up now.

PRE-CAMP EVALUATIONS
At the first class of each session we will do a precamp evaluation which will consist of a weight in and measurements. Please come a bit early or be prepared to stay afterwards to complete this. The same will be done during the last class so you will be able to check out your results. Up to 6 1/2 inches and 9 lbs weight loss have been recorded in one four week session. Although this may not be typical, almost everyone has recorded losses…and are thrilled!
