 My goal at BreakOut Boot Camp is to help you to not only get your body in good shape, but to help you BreakOut of your old habits and start on a road to health and fitness.

You see the thing is that old habits die hard, but the good news is that they do die.   It is important not to give up but instead to just keep plugging away.  Start by replacing the old habits with new ones.  I want to help you to create habits that will keep you living a healthy lifestyle for the rest of your lives…not just the beginning of every year.

BreakOut Boot Camp includes all areas of fitness training, cardio training, strength training, core work and flexibility training.  BreakOut Boot Camp is located in Walnut Grove, Langley.

I offer three different time slots to suit your lifestyle…6 a.m., 9:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.  Also, you are free to mix and match the time slots as required…can only do the 6 a.m. 2 days a week, but could do a 9:30 a.m. one day…no problem we can make it work.  Or maybe your schedule will only allow you 2 days to do Boot Camp, no problem there either…I will prorate your fees to accommodate you.  Are you going on holidays the last week of the boot camp session, so you can only do 3 out of the 4 weeks…again no problem, will prorate your fees.
