US Marathon

Well yesterday I did a marathon…are you impressed?  Well, not to mislead you terribly, I did a shopping marathon.  I headed down to the US for some Black Friday shopping with my daughter, daughter in law and a friend and arrived at the outlet mall at 9 p.m. and shopped all night long, leaving the last mall at 10 a.m.  Am I nuts????  Well perhaps, but it was an experience to say the least and definitely an endurance event.

A big thanks to Michelle for looking after the Thursday night and Friday morning boot camps for me.  You are the best!

Only two more weeks of boot camps before we take a break over the Christmas holidays.  Have a great weekend and Break Out, Enjoy Life and Get Fit.
